* While it's sad to see Ontario's summer come to an end, we are soon pacified by Autumn. With the change in season, spectacular shows of colour never disappoint and becomes a source of inspiration for my jewelry and cards. ABOUT THESE EARRINGS...
* artisan quality glass is handcrafted and foil-lined
* dark golden glass charms rimmed in metal and brown beads dangle
* earring wire options (plated Silver hook or closed back style options)
ABOUT FOILED GLASS...
* Coloured or clear glass rods are heated in a flame then wrapped around the mandrel to shape the bead. After this, a layer of gold or silver leaf foil is laid over the top then a final layer of clear or transparent coloured glass is placed on top to seal in the foil. Foiled glass beads are sometimes referred to as silver-lined beads.
JEWELRY CARE...
* Just a little extra TLC for your handmade jewelry.
1. Best to avoid water and spraying directly with perfume.
2. Store jewelry in the pouch provided to reduce tarnishing.
